Job Description

A lovely family based in Ballymitty, Co. Wexford currently searching for a caring, responsible, and reliable Part – Time Nanny to care for 2 children aged 6.5 and 3 years old. This position will be Monday to Friday from 12pm until 5.30pm. Hours will be increased (Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm) when the children will be on holidays, midterm breaks etc. This position is sole charge as both parents work full time. Start date is 1st of March 2022.

The Nanny will be responsible for School collections and bringing the children to afterschool activities. Driver is not essential but would be a bonus.

The Nanny is expected to arrange various interesting development & educational activities for example, arts and crafts, music, reading, going to the library etc.

Nursery duties to include children’s laundry, keeping the children’s bedrooms, kitchen & living room area clean and tidy & following the daily routine for both children.

It`s essential to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.

Fluent English is essential to help with homework. Occasional babysitting may be required.

An ideal candidate who has a high level of organization skills and attention to detail is required, someone with a warm, bubbly, affectionate manner, with the ability to nurture, support and encourage.

The Candidate must have qualifications of a minimum of two years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
