A lovely family based in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 currently searching for a caring, responsible, and reliable Part – Time Nanny to care for 2 children aged 11 and 8 years old. This position will be Monday to Friday from 2pm until 6pm (20 hours a week). Additional hours could be given if the candidate is willing to do some housekeeping, bringing the role up to 30 hours a week.

This position is sole charge as both parents are working full – time. Start date is September 2023.

The family is hoping to find a Nanny who can step in, pick them up from school at 2pm from Rathgar, and stay with them until parents are back from work, which is usually around 18:00.

The Nanny will be responsible to help children with homework, prepare simple meals etc.

Some days the Nanny will have to bring the children to various after school activities such as swimming, violin, tennis. The Nanny needs to be pet friendly as the family have a ttoodle and will be happy to take the dog for walks.

It will be the Nanny’s responsibility to keep the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & the children`s bedrooms clean and tidy and organized.

It`s essential to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.

Fluent English is essential to help with homework. Occasional babysitting may be required.

The Candidate must have qualifications of a minimum of two years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
