JOB DESCRIPTION

Part Time Nanny required for exciting position based in Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin to care for 3 children aged 11.5, 8 and 6 years old. This position will be Monday to Friday from 2pm until 5/ 6pm (20 hours a week). Family could consider 4 days a week for the right candidate. This position is sole charge both parents are working full time. Start Date is ASAP.

The Nanny will be responsible for School and Montessori collections and bringing them to afterschool activities for all children. Driver is essential with own car or car can be provided.

Nursery duties to include children’s laundry, keeping the children’s bedrooms, kitchen & living room area clean and tidy.

The Family are happy for a proactive Nanny who will organize weekly outings to the library, attend playgroups, arrange playdates and going to the local park.

It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.

Fluent English is essential to assist with homework. Occasional Babysitting may be required

The ideal Candidate must be organized, independent, reliable, fun & energetic. Must have a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family.

Family home is in a quiet residential area in Mount Merrion. Schools, local park, and amenities are within walking distance, bus 46A is 5 minutes walking distance from the family home.

The Candidate must have qualifications a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.

References:  Excellent References Required.

Swimmer: Not essential. 

Car Driver: Essential with own car or car can be provided.

Other: Must have good organizational skills and be creative, fun, outgoing and energetic.
