JOB DESCRIPTION
Lovely Family based in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 is looking for a Housekeeper, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from either 11am – 3pm / 10am until 2pm. The family could add an extra hour per day or could add one more day (ideally Tuesday). There might be the occasional collection for both children, aged 8.5 and 6.5 years old. Start date is ASAP. This position is sole charge, both parents working full time.
Duties to include washing, ironing, hoovering, dusting, making beds, keeping the family room and kitchen area clean and tidy. The candidate must be organized and do a weekly and monthly plan, for example cleaning the fridge or the oven.
Occasionally the candidate will do the shopping once a week for the family and running small errands (e.g., dry cleaners or post).
The candidate will need to have good cooking skills to provide the family with healthy and nutritious home cooked meals.
Fluent English is essential. Driver is not essential but would be a bonus.
The Ideal Candidate must be discreet, fun, has relevant experience working in a private setting, has initiative, is comfortable around children and is not afraid to ask the family for instructions.
