JOB DESCRIPTION
Professional Family are looking for a Professional Live In Housekeeper / Nanny to care for 2 children aged 10 and 8 years old in Walchwil, Switzerland. This position is Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. Start Date is March 2023. This position is sole charge, both parents work full time.
The Housekeeper / Nanny will be responsible for School drop offs and collections of the children and bringing them to after school activities. Driver is essential.
The Family would like someone who can manage their busy household, has a good attention to detail with extremely high standards, and will ensure everything runs smoothly. The general duties include making beds and organizing bedrooms, cleaning bathrooms, hoovering, dusting. Keeping the living room, dining room and kitchen area clean and tidy.
The Housekeeper / Nanny will also be running small errands (dry cleaners/ post) and help with weekly grocery shopping.
The family are looking for a warm, positive, and happy Nanny-Housekeeper who will oversee all the nursery duties and arrange various interesting development and educational activities, for example reading, going to the library and outdoor activities.
It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the family.
The Housekeeper / Nanny will be expected to arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example messy play, music and reading. Organizing weekly outings to the library, swimming and attend playgroups and going to the park.
Fluent English is essential to assist with homework. Occasional babysitting may be required in the evenings & weekends.
Must have a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family & happy to travel worldwide.
The Candidate must have qualifications a minimum of two years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
