JOB DESCRIPTION

A Professional Family are looking for an Experienced Nanny for exciting position based in Terenure, Dublin 6W to care for 2 children, aged 6 and 2 years old. This position is Monday to Friday from 8.30am until 6pm. The position is sole charge, both parents work Full-Time. Start date is 30th of August 2023.

The Nanny will be responsible for the occasional School drop off and collection for the older child and bring him to afterschool activities. Driver is not essential but would be a bonus.

Nursery duties to include following the daily routine for both children. It will be the Nanny’s responsibility for keeping the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & child’s bedrooms clean and tidy.

It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.

Fluent English is essential to assist with homework. Occasionally Babysitting may be required.

The family will look for a proactive Nanny that will arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example arts and crafts, music, reading. Organizing weekly outings to the library, swimming, attending playgroups and going to the local parks that are within walking distance.

The Family is looking for a Candidate that must be pet friendly, organized, independent, reliable, and fun, have a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
