JOB DESCRIPTION

A Professional Family are looking for an Experienced Nanny for exciting position based in Terenure, Dublin 6W to care for 1 child, aged 1 years old. This position Monday to Friday from 7.30 / 8 am until 6 / 6.30pm. Some flexibility is needed if the parents’ working schedule changes. The position is sole charge, both parents work Full-Time. Start date is End of September 2023.

Nursery duties include following the daily routine for the child. It will be the Nanny’s responsibility to keep the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & child’s bedrooms clean and tidy.

It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the child.

Fluent English is essential. Occasionally Babysitting may be required.

Travelling with the family to be discussed. A driver is not essential.

The family will look for a proactive Nanny that will arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example arts and crafts, music, reading. Organizing weekly outings to the library, swimming, attending playgroups and going to the local parks that are within walking distance.

The bus 15A and 17 pass outside the family home. Several other routes are within 5 /7 mins walk. Terenure Village and Bushy Park are within walking distance.

The Family is looking for a Candidate that must be pet friendly, organized, independent, reliable, and fun, have a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
