JOB DESCRIPTION

Professional Daily Nanny required for exciting position with a busy Family based in Kimmage, Dublin 12, caring for 2 children, aged 8.5 and 4.5 years old. The hours will be:

Option 1 Monday to Friday from 1.30pm until 6pm

             Option 2 More full time hours can be given, family is flexible.

Start date is ASAP. This position is sole charge, both parents work full time.

The Nanny will be responsible for the school collections & bringing the children to afterschool activities. Driver is essential and the family can provide the car.

It will be the Nanny’s responsibility to keep the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & the children’s bedrooms clean and tidy and organized. Nursery duties regarding children will be to include laundry & ironing and following their daily routine.

The Nanny will be expected to arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example music, reading etc. The Family are happy for a proactive Nanny who will organize weekly outings to the library, swimming, attend playgroups and going to the local park.

Good cooking skills are important to provide healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.

Fluent English is essential to assist with homework. Occasional Babysitting may be required.

The ideal Candidate must be right fit, trustworthy, caring, interactive, fun & energetic and will enjoy working with that family.

The Candidate must have qualifications, a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
