JOB DESCRIPTION
A lovely family based in Dublin 7 (near Grangegorman – Blackhorse Ave) currently searching for a caring, responsible, and reliable Full or Part – Time Nanny to care for 1 child, aged 8 months old. This position will be 3 days a week from 9am until 5.30pm or 4 days a week from 9am until 3pm. Mum is working full time from home. Start date is January 2024.
It will be the Nanny’s responsibility to keep the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & the child`s bedroom clean and tidy and organized. Nursery duties will include child’s laundry & ironing.
The Nanny will be expected to arrange various interesting development and educational activities, for example messy play, music and reading and outdoor activities. The Nanny will also overlook joining baby classes and groups during the day. Family home is close by Phoenix Park.
Driver is not essential but would be a bonus. The Candidate must be pet friendly, as the family has 2 dogs (Cocker Spaniels).
It is essential to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the child.
Fluent English is essential. Occasional babysitting may be required.
The Candidate must have qualifications of a minimum of two years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
