JOB DESCRIPTION
Professional Family located in Foxrock, Dublin 18 is looking for a Live Out Full – Time Nanny, caring for 3 children, twins aged 8 and a 1-year-old. The hours are Monday to Friday from 7.45am until 6pm. Both parents are working full-time. Start date is August 2023.
The Nanny will be responsible for School drop offs and collections and bringing the children to afterschool activities. Driver is essential with own car.
It will be the Nanny’s responsibility to keep the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & the children’s bedrooms clean and tidy and organized. Nursery duties regarding all children will include laundry & ironing.
This position would suit a candidate who has previously had experience with the relevant age groups and providing educational and development activities, such as games, reading books, going to the park, to the beach, arranging playdates with other nannies etc.
The ideal Candidate should be confident in day-to-day meal preparations for the children.
The candidate must be organized and do a monthly plan, shopping once a week for the family and running small errands (e.g. dry cleaners and post).
Fluent English is required to help with homework. Occasional Babysitting may be required. The parents do travel occasionally 2 / 3 times a month to the UK for overnights. They do have support when they are away.
The ideal Candidate must be organized, experienced, independent, has a positive outlook, energetic, who is flexible to the family’s requirements and reliable.
The Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
