JOB DESCRIPTION
Live In Nanny required for exciting position based in Ennis, Co. Clare to care for 1 child aged 4 months old. This position will be 5 days per week Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm or 8am until 4pm (40 to 45 hours a week). This position is sole charge both parents are working full time. Start date is ASAP.
Nursery duties include the child’s laundry, keeping the child’s bedroom, kitchen & living room area clean & tidy. Following the child’s daily routine is extremely important for the family.
The Nanny will be expected to arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example messy play, arts and crafts, music, reading.
It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the child. Have a knowledge of introducing solids, enjoy the milestones of child development, help with weaning, and continue with a well-established sleep routine for the baby.
Driver is not essential but would be a bonus and car can be provided.
Live in accommodation will be provided, separate bedroom and shared bathroom.
Fluent English is essential. Occasional babysitting may be required.
The ideal Candidate must be organized, independent, reliable, fun & energetic. Must have a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family.
The Candidate must have qualifications a minimum of 2 years’ experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
