JOB DESCRIPTION
A Professional Family are looking for an Experienced Live In / Live Out Nanny for exciting position based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin to care for 3 children, aged 9, 8 and 3.5 years old. This position is a 4-day week, from 8am until 6pm. Both parents work full time. Start date is ASAP.
The Nanny will be responsible for occasional School and Creche drop offs and collections for all children. Driver is not essential but would be a bonus and family could provide the car.
Nursery duties to include following the children’s daily routine. It will be the Nanny’s responsibility for keeping the common area e.g., kitchen / family room & children’s bedrooms clean and tidy.
It is essential to be able to cook healthy & nutritious snacks and meals for the children.
The Nanny will be expected to arrange various interesting development & educational activities, example arts and crafts, music, reading. Organizing weekly outings to the library, swimming, attend playgroups and going to the park.
The Family is looking for a Candidate that must be organized, independent, reliable, and fun, having a genuine interest in the children & become part of their family.
The Candidate must be pet friendly as the family has 1 dog and 3 cats.
The family could provide live in – separate bedroom and living room space downstairs, with a bathroom in the basement and shared kitchen.
Fluent English is essential to help with homework. Occasionally Babysitting may be required.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
