Valentine’s Day Oatmeal Breakfast

This Valentine’s Day Oatmeal Breakfast is healthy and great way to start the day.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 3 cups water
  • Raspberries and strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 TBL flax seed
  • Optional: Milk

Method:

  • Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until begins to boil.
  • Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Add any fruit you would love to make it a perfect breakfast.
