Infant Massage Classes with Gail Bovenizer from Complete Harmony

Nanny Options is delighted to team up in partnership with Gail Bovenizer from Complete Harmony who will be running Infant Massage Classes

BABY MASSAGE

During the weekly sessions you will interact with your baby through massage, we sing songs, have discussions, poems and all sorts of fun things including a bit of baby yoga!

Gail Bovenizer has been teaching Infant Massage to parents for 19 years, she was one of the first instructors in Ireland and helped set up the Irish chapter (Baby Massage Ireland) of the International Association of Infant Massage. She is a trainer, she has been training instructors up since 2010 and became a senior trainer in 2019.

She has been running Complete Harmony (previously Harmony Yoga Ireland) since 2005 and offers classes in Pregnancy Yoga, Infant Massage, Baby Yoga, Wellbeing Mother and Babies, Toddler and Kids yoga as well as Placenta Encapsulating.

Her Mission is to support new parents in their journey into parenthood and build a community of support. She is also a mum of twin 22 year old girls who are her inspiration.

The Baby Massage classes run for 6 weeks and the cost is €160 which includes a box given to the parents before the start date. The classes at the moment are online and when allowed, face to face classes will be held in the Quaker Meeting House, Churchtown, Dublin 14.

The one to one sessions that she offers are over 5 weeks and is it €350 or €70 per session.

Some of the payment may be claimed back through the parents Health Insurance Company.
