Job Description

Nanny required for exciting position based in Clonee, Dublin 15 caring for 3 children aged 6 & twins aged 11 years. This is a 3-day week position, Monday to Wednesday – 7:30am to 7pm. This position is sole charge, both parents working fulltime. Start date ASAP. The Nanny will be responsible for school drop offs & collections, bringing the children to & from afterschool activities. The children attend Gael soil which is 4km from the family home. The Nanny will be required to assist the children with their homework, (basic Irish is essential to assist with homework) The Nanny will need to facilitate the children’s sports Football, Rugby, Hurling, Swimming & Gymnastics. The Nanny will be required to do some light house work & the general up keep of the house. Good cooking skills are important to provide nutritious meals for the family. The children’s happiness & wellbeing are a priority for the family finding the right candidate is key. Holiday entitlements are approximately 6 weeks. Driver is essential (candidate with their own car plus Petrol/Diesel Allowance). The family is looking for a Nanny who is happy, upbeat, enthusiastic, high energy & a bit of fun. The family want someone who genuinely has an interest in the children & will become part of their family. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience, excellent references, up to date First Aid & Garda Vetting.
